My journey to mental healthcare

I knew at a young age that I wanted to be in the helping profession. I was always drawn to the universal story of human suffering and how we hold the power to transform this into strength. I have witnessed people turn tragedy into triumph and would be honored to walk this journey with you.

Goals are ever-changing, so we can be fluid throughout our work. However, I can assist you in prioritizing your goals so you can create actionable growth.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together. I invite your questions and encourage openness so I can get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and next steps. Therapy is a process, so we will work one session at a time and re-evaluate as needed.
