I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) working in Massachusetts, helping clients statewide via telehealth. My professional experience and training include work with children, families, and adults, inpatient work with major mental illness, as well as experience as a school psychologist in the special education field.
My focus
My work often centers around women's issues, including struggles with self-esteem, assertiveness, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and workplace dynamics. I have worked with families in divorce situations, helping children sort through their feelings and understand the life changes they are experiencing.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies with the client. I like to work with clients in a way that is most helpful to them. Sometimes this is building trust over time, and sometimes this may be a more direct problem-solving approach. Most important to me is understanding the client from their perspective.
