Hi there, I'm AL!

I am so glad you're here! I am an LMHC with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I support teens and adults looking to slow down to take stock of their needs as well as folks navigating anxiety, depression, life stressors, and more. I would be honored to join with you as you begin and/or continue your therapy journey.

My focus

While I have an interest and specialty in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent teens and adults, I am experienced in supporting folks with many different challenges and concerns. We will pace and structure our sessions together in a way that helps you feel most grounded, so you have time to think, process, and breathe.

My approach

I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and concerns. I use evidence-based approaches and a person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. My goal is to help you explore challenges and to create a space where you feel empowered to develop personal insights and compassion for yourself.
