Mental health affects everybody, and life can be difficult. Having a space to let your burdens down brings hopeful empowerment. I became a therapist to let people know they are not alone and that they are more than their thoughts or feelings. My hope is for you to find and own your authentic self, unapologetically.
My focus
I help adults going through emotional turmoil, anxious feelings, or life transitions. If your thoughts have been weighing you down or your past is eating away at your present, I provide tools to cope and move forward.
My approach
My approach is strengths-based, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy. Sessions are collaborative, with space for open conversation and reflection. I provide nonjudgmental listening while helping you identify tools for emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier responses to conflict.
