My communication style

I help because I care, and because I care, I am unconventionally human in the therapeutic environment. I am also unconventionally accessible in between sessions, responding and interacting with those that I support within 24 hours (if not hours, if not minutes). I utilize a dedicated email and confidential 24/7 voicemail line.

My journey to mental healthcare

25 years of practice working with all ages and presentations, providing direct clinical assessment and support, with settings that include community-based work, emergency services, hospital settings, and individual clinical support and supervision. I fully understand all levels of healthcare and any and all circumstantial challenges.

My goals for you

We help you to better understand yourself, your circumstances, and your goals. If you choose, we create individualized tools to help you experience and acknowledge growth. Remember, what makes growth sustainable is acknowledging it. Give yourself some kudos; therapy isn't all about "what's wrong!"

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know each other, ultimately so that you are able to make an informed decision as to whether I am a good fit for you. Therapeutic support should always feel, and be, both personal and professional.
