I work with individuals, couples, and families who are confident in some areas of life, such as career, friendships, or creative pursuits, and are struggling in other areas pertaining to relationships and life transitions. Many clients report symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and addictive behaviors.

I am neither a blank slate nor an advice-giver. My main approach is to share my experience of sitting with you and my reactions to what you tell me, when I believe my sharing may be helpful to you. Then I listen closely to your response to better understand your experience and what might be helpful next.
