I really enjoy being a therapist, and my favorite part is the gift of people sharing their stories with me. I consider that an honor and I truly appreciate, respect, and learn from all whom I have worked with. My approach is tailored to each individual, using a 'not one size fits all' model.

I have ample experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, medical issues (including chronic pain), grief, aging, relationship concerns, self-esteem-related issues and concerns, and domestic abuse.

I tailor my approach to meet the needs of every individual. I incorporate many modalities, all geared towards self-empowerment and healing.

I work collaboratively with my clients. I encourage feedback from my clients at any time, and I also like to share my feedback as it arises. I have gotten feedback that working with me feels safe, supportive, and like a place to learn.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to the field of social work from a young age. I found myself drawn to helping others and understanding problems that occur in society and with individuals. I feel passionate about the work I do.

My goals for you

I encourage clients to set goals early on in treatment and spend time checking in on goal progress throughout treatment. Goals are often flexible and changeable depending on life changes that can occur during a course of treatment.
