Do everyday stressors stick with you? Does an inner voice bring you down and sabotage your feelings and behaviors? I help clients separate that negative "inner critic" to diminish its power. Whether you're working through anxious thoughts, building coping skills, or need a nonjudgmental sounding board, I'll work with you.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, CBT, and other techniques to support clients. My motto is "no judgements," and I pride myself on my unique style within the therapeutic relationship. I believe in meeting you where you're at.
