With a blend of creativity, consultation, and coaching, my goal is to provide personalized support for managing anxiety, mood, and trauma disorders in young people and adults. I adapt current evidence-based interventions to the individual with a creative and consultancy/coaching-oriented approach.
My approach
I am skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and specialized DBT protocols for PTSD, including DBT-PE and DBT for PTSD. These are proven methodologies for managing emotional dysregulation, trauma, and suicidal and self-injurious behaviors.
