Hi there, I'm Amanda!

As a Therapist, I help adults reconnect with themselves, realize their potential, and build their ideal future. I work with an array of people who present with many challenges. The most common themes with my clients are that they are genuine, in need, and want change in their lives.

My ideal client seeks a companion to clarify what's happening in their life, set goals, and move toward them while working through challenges. Anyone needing more confidence to progress and experience the full spectrum of life.

We explore where you are right now, where you want to be, and what stands in your way. You can expect to laugh and feel the full spectrum of emotions as we work together.

My communication style

I'm supportive, honest, and straightforward when needed. I use humor to help move things forward. I'm casual and warm, and I don't mind if we curse throughout sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been curious about people—their stories and why they do what they do. Watching clients start in a rough place and evolve into happy, healthy people who reach their goals is one of the most fulfilling things I've experienced.

My goals for you

I explore your life and your ideal life with you to get a clear idea of what you want. This helps us set realistic goals and work out realistic steps to reach them. If a goal is reached or no longer wanted, we can pivot together as we progress.

Our first session

We get to know each other. I'll outline mandated reporting and privacy, then ask what brings you in. We'll explore what you're struggling with and where you see yourself in the future. We'll wrap up confirming I understand and setting goals. There will likely be laughs and maybe tears.
