Hi there, I'm James!

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, especially those with ADHD, as well as men exploring masculinity and men's issues. I'm passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, build meaningful lives, and develop research-backed tools for navigating challenges.

My focus

I work with adults navigating ADHD, especially the emotional side: overwhelm, burnout, difficulty with consistency, and shame. I also work with men curious about therapy, including those struggling with isolation, emotional processing, masculinity, identity, and sexual health.

My approach

I take a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach rooted in curiosity and compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices based on your needs, including ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, and IFS to help you understand what's getting in the way of a fulfilling life and shift patterns that aren't working.
