I was drawn to this field by my deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being, as well as personal and life experiences. The ability to provide holistic, compassionate care while combining science, psychology, and human connection is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Together, we establish realistic, measurable goals that promote mental wellness, whether it’s improving mood, managing anxiety, or building healthier coping strategies.

Our first session

During the first session, patients can expect a compassionate and thorough evaluation where we discuss their mental health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
