My approach is holistic and patient-centered, focusing on evidence-based treatments and individualized care plans for mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and family concerns.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I'm most comfortable treating mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. I also provide family therapy to improve communication and dynamics within families.

My approach

I integrate evidence-based treatments with a compassionate understanding of each person's life circumstances, ensuring care is both effective and empathetic. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to address the root causes of mental health issues and promote long-term wellness.
