Hi there, I'm Amy!

Struggling with feeling better connected in your relationships or within yourself? Feeling best efforts aren't working? Wanting to have more satisfying bonds? I create a trusting, confidential experience in my sessions which allows you to better cope and move forward.

My focus

If you are depressed or anxious, struggle with relationships, life transitions, past events, -- including traumatic ones, I am a good fit for you. I have expertise in working with individuals and couples. ADHD, learning differences, and adoption are also areas of expertise. I welcome folks of any race, ethnicity or orientation.

My approach

I utilize relational, transformative approaches such as AEDP and CSRT for indivicuals and EFCT for couples. Your story is very important. However the therapies I use don't only listen. My approach balances attunement to you along with being active as needed.
