Clients tell me they feel comfortable and heard during our visits. I strive to create a safe space for open communication. I'll ask questions, but also allow time to listen and get to know you. I'm here to be a supportive partner in your mental health journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I supported patients through transitions including pregnancy, parenthood, loss, and illness. I learned the value of a supportive, therapeutic presence during times of stress and pain. I witnessed a pressing need for compassionate, accessible mental health care, especially around pregnancy and postpartum.

My goals for you

The use of medication for mental health symptoms can be confusing, frustrating, and even scary. Informed, shared decision-making is essential. I try to understand your goals, concerns, and values to formulate options for treatment.

Our first session

Our first visit will include a comprehensive review of your past mental health and medical history. I'll provide an initial assessment and formulate a treatment plan together with you, which may include medication, lab tests, and lifestyle recommendations.
