I am an LCPC with a master's degree in pastoral counseling. I work with all faiths and belief systems. My clients set the agenda. We focus on your identified issues, and if spirituality is not part of that, that's Ok.
My focus

Releasing blocks in one's energy field allows your energy to flow freely, which helps you change your reactions and make it easier to learn new responses.
My approach
I use a person-centered eclectic approach, or as I like to say, whatever works. I am certified in Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT). I have trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Guided Self-Healing. I specialize in energy psychology and releasing traumatic patterns from the body.
