I started in medical technology, became a nurse, and continued learning throughout my career. My path has given me a deep appreciation for how mental health shapes every aspect of our lives.

I help you manage stress through mindfulness meditation and develop habits that contribute positively to your mental well-being. We'll work together to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Our first session

I'll ask many questions about your medical and psychiatric history. Expect open-ended questions that can't be answered with just yes or no. You don't need answers for everything, there are no wrong answers, and it's okay to experience different emotions during our appointment.
