I love working with non-monogamous and queer-identifying individuals and relationships. My approach is sex-positive, affirming, and supportive.

My focus

I love working with clients in the LGBTQIA2S+ community as well as with neurodivergent clients, and folx who are navigating non-monogamous relationships.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is compassion-centered, gentle, and warm. I most align with a person- and compassion-centered approach. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space, to be a sounding board, and to collaborate with you to find solutions that may ease the distress you are holding.

I am caring, embracing, and focused on the strengths of my clients. It feels like you are working with someone whom you have known for a long time.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to serve marginalized communities, especially those who have trouble feeling like they do not quite belong anywhere.

My goals for you

I encourage clients to set the goals that are most meaningful for them. I aim to collaborate and help to refine goals so that the client(s) can move toward healing.

Our first session

During the first session, I will answer any questions you may have about my background. I will also ask that you tell me your story with additional questions for clarification. It is a great way to get a sense of the context of the challenge you may be facing.
