I enjoy working with clients from the ages of 25 to 90. I like working with both male and female clients. I like working with clients who have depression and anxiety, and the results of these disorders.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I model Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my mental health care practice.

I work to have an open and free environment, where the client feels able to express their feeling and thoughts.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been working in the mental health field. As a young person, I have always wanted to help people. Obtaining a degree in Social Work appeared to be a calling for me, allowing me to help people as a profession.
