My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

Therapy once gave me practical strategies and a safe space to understand myself, and that experience shaped the way I show up for others today. I genuinely enjoy helping people and providing a safe space to promote growth. My goal is to equip clients with the skills to become more resilient, confident, and capable long after therapy ends.
