I am a psychologist who works part-time, with late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate work schedules. I focus on helping adults navigate life's challenges in a supportive, structured environment.
My focus
I specialize in individual psychotherapy with adults for a variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress and anger management, work stresses, sleep difficulties, adjustment and interpersonal problems, parenting issues, and women's issues.
My approach
I use Cognitive-Behavioral treatments that focus on how the way we think affects the way we feel and the way we behave. We will talk about constructive changes in the present that can result in more positive outcomes. I hope to provide various tools and techniques to try and can be incorporated into everyday life.
