My communication style

I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with themselves to create meaningful and lasting emotional growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a provider by my childhood experiences. My childhood family struggled with communication, coping skills and conflict resolution and from seeing those interactions, I knew that I wanted to assist people in navigating similar issues and learning more about mental health.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where they feel safe exploring their experiences. Together, we identify treatment goals, build healthy coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that support emotional healing, personal growth, and lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to openly share their concerns, experiences, and goals. We will begin building rapport, exploring what brings them to therapy, and identifying meaningful treatment goals while creating a foundation of trust and emotional safety.
