My communication style

I know that starting therapy & opening up to a stranger can be daunting, but when you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen & support you. I provide a warm & calm environment that is judgment-free. I believe we can't judge others if we're not in their shoes, & everyone's shoes fit differently as everyone is different & has different perspectives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I wanted to be a therapist ever since I was in middle school. I always enjoyed being that friend to helps others or helps a stranger out. I take pride in what I do, and I love being able to help others become their best version of themselves.

My goals for you

My commitment is to help make the world a better and happier place by supporting people in becoming the best version of themselves. I help to hold clients accountable for their actions and the process in obtaining their goals.

Our first session

When you meet with me, you'll find a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. I believe in a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are to help you become your best self. Utilizing a strength-based approach, I enjoy helping people recognize and harness their strengths to achieve their goals.
