My communication style

I like my patients to be comfortable with me and feel like they can tell me anything as that is the best way to get someone the treatment they need and deserve. I want patients to be their authentic selves, and not water down their language or gestures or anything that makes them who they are during our sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone who needs it. There is such a high demand for these services and so many limitations for many people. I am hoping to be part of the solution to such a long-standing problem.

My goals for you

All goals are important no matter how unattainable they may feel in the moment. It's very important to help patients set realistic goals as well as work on reaching some that feel or feel unattainable.

Our first session

The first session will be all about getting acquainted with each other while I am able to get some background information on your mental health history, as well as your personal history.
