My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, I always had a passion for helping the elderly and less privileged in my community. This passion motivated me to go into nursing. During my internship at a mental health institution, I concluded that working in mental health was what I wanted to do.

My goals for you

I support individualized, client-driven goals by encouraging you to think about different areas of your life, identify specific areas you're dissatisfied with or would like to improve, and articulate the changes you'd like to see.

Our first session

We'll get to know one another in an open, collaborative environment. We'll go over what you want to accomplish, clarify your goals and expectations, and I'll provide assurance. Together, we can address mental health without stigma.
