My journey to mental healthcare

I am the daughter of a retired Social Worker who dedicated her life's work to providing support to others and bettering the systems who govern the mental health community. My mother's career motivated me at a young age to be the best clinician I could be in order to help those in need.

My goals for you

I help clients achieve their goals by working collaboratively on what steps are necessary as well as exploring different options to achieve said goals.

Our first session

First sessions with me are used for introductions and to build a connection that is both therapeutic and feels safe. It is important to ensure that the atmosphere in which therapy begins is comfortable for both parties.
