I've always been passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and capable of overcoming life's challenges. My journey began working with children, adolescents, and families, where I witnessed how powerful a trusting therapeutic relationship can be.

Our first session

I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, especially in a telehealth setting. I work to make virtual sessions feel relaxed, personal, and easy to engage in.
