My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued advanced practice to make a meaningful difference by showing that mental illness can be treated like other medical conditions. My background in both medical and psychiatric settings gave me insight into the challenges and stigma that often limit access to care.

Your first visit is about 60 minutes long, designed to help us get to know you and understand your concerns. We'll create a care plan that fits your unique needs and take an important step toward improving your well-being.
