My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began after my family member had a mental health crisis. The quality of care and genuine support they received had a profound impact on my understanding of the importance of mental healthcare work. Witnessing individuals and families gain empowerment continues to drive me.

I begin with active listening, allowing you to express your priorities, concerns, and limitations. I collaborate with you to determine desired outcomes and set specific, time-bound goals that are measurable, attainable, and relevant. I use evidence-based assessment tools to establish a baseline and measure progress.
