My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began with a deep interest in understanding human behavior and a strong desire to support individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. My nursing background provided a solid foundation in holistic, and patient-centered care.

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, working closely with patients to identify their priorities, strengths, and areas for growth. Together, we develop clear, realistic, and measurable goals that are meaningful to the patient and aligned with their values.

During a first session, patients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment focused on building rapport and understanding their unique concerns. I conduct a comprehensive assessment, which includes discussing current symptoms, personal and family history, and any previous mental health treatment.
