Hi there, I'm Lindsey!
My ideal clients are individuals seeking support, growth, and a safe space to explore their experiences. In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we focus on getting to know one another.
My focus
I provide personalized care that evolves with you. Early sessions focus on understanding your goals and experiences, while later work involves collaboratively developing and adjusting a treatment plan. Throughout this process, I remain flexible—offering direct guidance when helpful, while continuing to support you.
My approach
I approach therapy with empathy, warmth, and openness. I prioritize active listening while remaining attentive to patterns that may be holding you back. As trust develops, I may gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns to support your growth. My practice integrates multiple modalities, tailored to your individual needs.
