My focus

I genuinely love working with all people, and I have experience working with issues such as adoption, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping skills, domestic violence, family conflict, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and PTSD.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to providing therapy. People are individuals first, and what works for one individual may be ineffective for another. I believe in individualized care.

I have a humorous, light-hearted approach to life, which I think comes through in sessions with clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love what I do as a therapist, and I think the main reason is that I genuinely feel invested in each individual's right to self-determination, positive warm regard, and individual life path.

Our first session

First sessions are tough; however, they must be done. It is usually shorter than a full hour and a bunch of questions. I try to introduce myself and answer all questions.
