Hi there, I'm Zanaida!

I work with adults virtually. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however, I tailor each session to my client's needs. I strive to help clients restore balance in their lives by making positive, obtainable changes in their lives.

My focus

I find my approach is best suited to adults who may be experiencing increased stress, anxiety, or depression. I work to help my clients find solutions to both cope with distress and learn to navigate through obstacles that lie ahead in life.

My approach

I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe an eclectic approach to therapy is necessary to meet the needs of my clients.
