I am here to help anyone who is open-minded and ready to take charge of their lives. Life can be tough, but you can create a more fulfilling and meaningful life with consistency and the willingness to change.

My approach

I take a person-centered and collaborative approach that enables clients to take ownership of their goals and progress. I am warm and value authenticity. I believe in a non-judgmental approach, and I help clients develop self-compassion during challenging times.

My communication style

I like to communicate openly and honestly. I encourage clients to advocate for themselves respectfully. I provide thoughtful listening and new insight through reframing and reflection.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love what I do. I believe that I was called to this profession after witnessing children face challenges such as poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, and abuse. I knew that I wanted to do more, and so I did!

Every client is different! You set your goals, and I provide you with the tools, resources, and accountability you need. Each session, we will check in on your progress and what you were able to implement in your life outside of our session.

Our first session

In my first session after the initial assessment, I take time to get to know my clients and their background in more detail. I believe that many of our childhood experiences and past events impact how we show up in our adult lives.
