My journey to mental healthcare

I am a DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, MSN, RN, and was drawn to mental healthcare through a deep passion for helping individuals heal, find hope, and reclaim their lives. My journey began with a strong foundation in family medicine, where I saw firsthand how mental health challenges often go untreated or overlooked, impacting overall well-being.
