Hi there, I'm Grace!

I'm a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides holistic, compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. Family is an important part of my life, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children.

My approach is holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative. I combine medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle strategies to create individualized treatment plans that support lasting well-being. My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your care.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, psychotic disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental healthcare grew from my background in family medicine, where I saw how often mental health challenges affected every aspect of a person's well-being. That experience inspired me to help people find hope, healing, and a path toward living more fulfilling lives.
