My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider because I’ve seen how life‑changing it is to have someone truly listen and walk alongside you. My military experience shaped my passion for helping people heal from trauma and major life challenges. I’m committed to compassionate, evidence‑based care that supports real growth.

I help clients set meaningful, realistic goals by listening closely and breaking challenges into manageable steps. We track progress together, adjust as needed, and use practical, evidence‑based tools to build confidence and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
