My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had an interest in helping others. Social work seemed to provide many opportunities to help others. One of the most amazing things is seeing someone show up for themselves, be vulnerable, and make lasting changes.

My goals for you

I see therapy as an opportunity to work on your goals in a meaningful way. I intend to support you in gaining new insights and building your coping skills.

Our first session

First session will be an opportunity to get to know you and understand your goals or begin identifying them together. Therapy can be intimidating or anxiety-provoking if you have never been in it. By the end of our first session, you will feel more at ease about the process.
