Hi there, I'm Susan!

I believe that my therapeutic role is to help you facilitate your journey to wellness and peace of mind.

My focus

During my career as a secondary health teacher, I developed insight into and understanding of adolescents and their struggles with identity, decision-making, self-confidence, and self-esteem. My area of expertise with struggling teens arose when I was direct-care staff and a teacher at residence for court-ordered males ages 12-17.

My approach

I am client-focused with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Unconditional Positive Regard. I provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based in treating specific symptoms of a diagnosis.
