I work with clients who may be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, imbalance, and moving through life changes, among other struggles. No matter what you are working through, I will work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
My approach
I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help you discern where to create change and how, as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. These approaches are very hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Your goals and progress is my primary focus!
