Hi there, I'm Jennie!

I'm an LCSW who has focused on ADHD, anxiety, self-harm, and suicide since 2014. I am solutions-focused and work with clients on changing how they think, along with teaching different types of coping skills. I believe in helping clients make their world fit them as much as they can and finding creative solutions for their needs.

My focus

I have primarily focused on disorders of over- or under-control: Autism, ADHD, BPD, OCD, Bipolar, Anxiety, and PTSD. I have worked with self-harming and suicidal clients for 11 years and enjoy helping people find joy and learn how to manage their thoughts and impulses.

My approach

I am warm and direct. I will provide feedback and make suggestions for skills to try. I use DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and harm reduction the most with clients. I have a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy.
