My practice is focused on the following areas: Parenting, Relationship Issues, Stress related to anxiety/depression, Substance Use, Trauma and PTSD.

My approach

We approach your goals and stressors using a combination of curiosity and new moves. Evidence-based, trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & Motivational Interviewing-based interventions are used in this process.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I started working in the helping field, I found that the work did not feel like work, much of the time. I continue to be driven by the challenging and rewarding aspects of supporting clients in reaching their goals.

My goals for you

One of the most powerful elements in the therapeutic process is the accountability that comes with regular meetings. Therapy goals are set in treatment planning, and weekly goals are set at the end of sessions.
