I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I tend to take a relaxed approach to therapy, meeting you where you find yourself currently. When it comes to focusing areas of practice, I use a wide variety - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based / Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy.
My focus
I work well with a variety of ages and populations, from children to the elderly, to those struggling with co-occurring disorders and life changes, anxiety, and schizophrenia. All are welcome.
My approach
My approach varies to the needs of my clients, but I prefer to use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Strengths-based / Solution-focused. Clients present with different needs, so the treatment can't be 'one size fits all'.
