My communication style

We'll meet for about 1 hour weekly, which means 167 hours we're not together, so if desired, I'll give you educational material and practice exercises to apply what you've learned to real life. I have a laid-back style, and people feel comfortable with me quickly!

My journey to mental healthcare

I love helping people feel better about themselves. I was helped by a therapist in my younger years, and it changed my life for the better. I have great empathy and compassion for people who suffer from emotional issues as a result.

As I get to know you through the assessment process, I will listen to your concerns and desires, then collaboratively work with you to identify specific, measurable, and achievable time-bound goals that align with your needs and desired outcomes.

Our first session

During the first session, I will be asking a lot of questions to complete an assessment. This will help me get to know you and your current concerns, past experiences, relationships, and goals for therapy.
