I'm licensed to practice in Florida and Maine. I have a holistic, client-centered approach to care in my practice. My focus is on gender issues, those with PTSD, trauma, adolescents, teens, and family issues.
My focus
My client base consists mostly of those with a trauma history and those suffering from PTSD, gender dysphoria, and family issues. I am rostered as a child-parent psychotherapist and can work with children and their families who have suffered some type of trauma.
My approach
My therapeutic approach consists of client-centered, which means that YOU, the client, lead the way in therapy. Therapy is a journey, and together, we will figure out what works best for you. I am trained in EMDR, polyvagal theory, and employ numerous therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, Solution-focused, and DBT.
