My communication style is warm, empathetic, and person-centered. I strive to create an environment where people feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach conversations with curiosity and compassion, taking the time to understand different perspectives while communicating clearly and thoughtfully.

My journey to mental healthcare

My experience working with DCS and children impacted by sexual abuse inspired me to become a therapist. I wanted to support survivors on a deeper level by helping them heal, regain their sense of empowerment, and move forward in their lives.

We work collaboratively toward your goals because therapy is for you. Together, we identify what you want to change, establish measurable goals, and regularly check in on your progress. Your feedback is valued and helps guide our work.

Your first session with me is about getting to know you - hearing your goals, understanding your struggles, and learning what brings you to therapy. I'm all ears. This is your space to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
