The primary approach I use is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a process used to help people reduce undesired symptoms and improve healthy functioning in their lives. I tailor this in a way that is congruent with your unique needs and personality. Motivational interviewing is also a treatment that is used to assist people in making changes.
