I help clients navigate stress and anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, and depression. I have extensive experience supporting veterans, women's issues, and postpartum depression. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we work together toward healing.
My focus
Throughout my 21 years as a Mental Health Therapist, I have worked with children ages 4-12, teenagers, and adults of all ages. My focus and training are on the veteran population and women's issues, including postpartum. I have training certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused, and Perinatal Mental Health.
My approach
I focus on building rapport and trust in our first few sessions so you feel comfortable sharing with me. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My client-centered approach keeps us on track with your goals while staying flexible to address anything new that arises.
