Hi there, I'm Picabo-siera!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works primarily with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, life transitions, and the stress that comes with figuring out what’s next. My goal is to make therapy feel comfortable, supportive, and genuinely useful not intimidating or overly clinical.

My focus

I enjoy working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, relationship difficulties, burnout, low self-esteem, or major life changes. I also welcome first-time therapy clients who may feel nervous or unsure about what to expect.

My approach

I work primarily with teens and young adults ages 13–30, including high school and college students. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness while tailoring therapy to your needs, personality, and goals. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on what’s happening in your life right now.
