Hi there, I'm Sara!

I’m an LCSW, MSW, MPH. After 20+ years in New England, I moved to NC ten years ago. I provide a caring, supportive space for adults navigating new or ongoing challenges with bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, or stress, helping you feel grounded with gentle guidance and practical tools.

My focus

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, especially those navigating bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, and work-related stress. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally with emotional ups and downs, racing thoughts, or relationship patterns they want to change.

My approach

Therapy with me is a team effort, guided entirely by your needs. I blend approaches like Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness with gentle, practical tools like breathwork and journaling. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you and create sustainable skills to help you feel more balanced and in control of your life.
