Hi there, I'm Kirt!

I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use supportive counseling, cognitive behavioral methods, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to meet each person where they are and guide them toward relief and stability.

My focus

I work with adults who are having overwhelming anxiety or frustration. I am effective at helping them with loss and accepting changes in their lives that they fear or resent. I'm most comfortable working with adults who are challenged by emotions and thoughts they have tried their best to control and are disappointed when the symptoms return.

My approach

People have their own styles. I match my approach to each person's unique needs. If a person has difficulties with anxiety and they have tried using meditation to relieve it, I'll show them how to use somatic therapy to provide comfort. If they are anxious and angry, I'll help them relieve their frustrations.
